Bring the family together for a peaceful stay in the East Devon countryside. Sleeping four plus a baby, The Granary offers generous open-plan living, two en-suite bedrooms and plenty of room to relax between adventures along the coast, in Exeter and across Dartmoor.
Everything has been thoughtfully designed to make family stays comfortable and easy. Both en-suite bedrooms can be arranged with a super king or twin beds, while the spacious open-plan living area brings everyone together. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen, games and playing cards, Smart TVs, a washing machine, tumble dryer and a cot for younger guests.
Sliding doors open onto a covered veranda and a private enclosed garden with a generous lawn, fruit trees and countryside views. There’s space to eat outdoors, enjoy a charcoal barbecue or simply unwind while the children play. Please be aware that the garden pond is unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times.

How many people can stay at The Granary?
The Granary is designed to sleep four guests plus a baby. It has two spacious en-suite bedrooms and there is room for a cot.
Can the bedrooms be arranged as twin rooms?
Yes. Both bedrooms can be arranged with either a super king bed or twin beds, making the accommodation flexible for parents, children, grandparents or friends travelling together.
Is a cot available?
Yes. A cot is kept at the property and there is space for it within the bedrooms. Please let Charlie and Julia know about any particular requirements when making your booking.
Is the garden enclosed?
The Granary has its own private enclosed garden with a lawn, covered veranda and outdoor seating. There is a large pond within the garden which is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times.
Is The Granary suitable for multi-generational families?
The accommodation is entirely on one level and includes wide doorways, level access to the veranda, an accessible kitchen and a spacious wet-room shower. Guests with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to discuss them before booking.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes. Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional charge. Dogs must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture and cannot be left alone in the property.
