The Exe Estuary Trail, which can be accessed from Exmouth, offers 26 miles of accessible routes. There are lots of accessible walking routes in Devon, but some of the most popular routes that are within a reasonable distance from here include the Exe Estuary Trail, the Miles Without Stiles routes on Dartmoor, Seaton Wetlands and selected trails at Haldon Forest Park.

Yes, many of Devon’s beaches are accessible and offer accessible facilities. Exmouth Beach is not too far from us and is a great example, offering a wide, level promenade, accessible parking and beach wheelchair hire during the peak season.

As experienced users of holiday cottages, we found the Granary to be one of the best that we have had the pleasure of using. The whole place is beautifully arranged and the welcome pack was the most extensive that we have ever found. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we needed nothing extra in the way off equipment. The garden was well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed by our grandchildren, who visited us during our stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. All in all a wonderful restful break.
